Notes:
OHP was weak, strength just wasn’t there. Its the first time as well that my shoulders felt a little bit uncomfortable, both during OHPs and Dips.

My schedule’s lately has been pretty erratic so maybe this has affected my training… I don’t know. Rome wasn’t built in a day so I’ll just live to fight another day.
