Notes:
I’ve been sick the last couple of days and didn’t go to the gym. Today I felt better and went for my lower workout but after the warm up I started feeling cold and weak. I did the absolutely necessary stuff and called it a day. I hope that my workouts will get better after I finish with my exams (and that is on Friday, at last!). There was some knee pain during squats – the usual stuff. My form is a bit wobbly lately, maybe it has something to do with dieting down. I belted up in my last set and stuff seemed a bit better so maybe its just my core that is weak. I’ll see how things go.
