Low Bar Squat (kg)

Front Squat

10 x 60kg (nope, knee pain present here as well)

Leg Press

4 sets  15-20 reps

Leg Curls

 4 sets 15 reps

Leg Extension

4 sets 15 reps 

Calves

4 sets 15+ reps

Abs Machine

4 sets 12 reps

Cardio:
15′ Elliptical


Notes:

Lots of knee pain.  I dont think I’d be squatting without the knee sleeves. They really help. Good workout, the squat felt good.
