Notes:
Knee pain was bothering me from the beginning. It seems that every time I’m losing body fat my joints become less lubricated (maybe because of the lack of water retention?) and squats become very painful. I tried to drop the weight and do some reps with only 100kg but I couldn’t! Oh well, what can you do. Maybe the last session took a toll on the knee and it hasn’t fully recovered yet. I don’t know. We shall see.
