I copied Sarychev Kirill’s bench setup and it seems to be working, bench felt quite good. The only negative was that my left elbow was bothering me a bit (something to do with the squats previously) so I might bench first and squat after from now onwards.
Inhuman Strength! Dude’s a beast, and very young as well… I guess if you have Sheiko himself as your coach its to be expected…
I’m very impressed by Eric Lilliebridge as well, he almost totaled the same with Brandon Lilly but in the 275lbs category!
