After yesterday’s squat failure a bright idea crossed my mind! Smolov Jr. for both squat and bench so I can improve my walkouts, find a good setup for the gym rack and improve my squats and bench! So today was the first day, everything was ok. And now I can happily eat more food and blame it on Smolov Jr. so I can get stronger, hooray!
