Notes:
Gym was closing early today because its vacation period, so I had time to eat only one meal and not enough time to digest it. Workout was decent but I didn’t have enough time to do all the accessory exercises that I wanted. And no cardio… yea i could do that outside but truth be told I’m too bored for that lol. Also I did a mistake with my OHP. In the first set of fives I should have put 60kg instead of 65kg… nevermind… that’s what you get for being in a hurry.

Post workout meal: chicken with curried rice and broccoli

I’m looking forward to watching the CAPO meet. Lots of elite lifters there.
