Notes:
I went to the gym right after meeting with a relative and I thought that 275 would be too difficult. To my surprise they weren’t that much hard but unfortunately by grip failed during the 2nd rep and had to let the weights down instead of locking it. I attribute that to the fact that I have neglected grip training lately mainly. Secondly the bar’s knurling isn’t good enough… I’m sure that if I deadlifted with a texas power bar my grip wouldnt fail. Anyway, still very pleased with 275. The only negative is that I irritated my SI joint. Its nothing too serious but I hope it doesnt prevent me from DLing 282.5 the coming week.
