Notes:
Bench was easy, I really like running smolov jr. for bench like this. Work is done and its like a walk in the park while squatting and deadlifting require quite a bit of mental preparedness, especially now that the meet is getting closer. I’m 2 weeks out!
I think 240/170/280 will be easy and to be frank I’ve done them before so I’m not anxious about those kind of numbers. However 250/180/290 is different… *drum roll*. We’ll see in 2 weeks
