Notes:
Today was the 3/3/3 squat day. Unfortunately today’s workout didn’t go very well for two reasons:
a) I was in a hurry cause I had to pickup my sister who returned from a trip abroad
b) huge problem with the walk out at squats! wtf. I have more difficulty walking out the weights than squatting them… With the 200kg I decreased my distance from the pins and the rep was good and fast… So I thought I’d repeat the same with the 210kg… but I thought I was gonna touch the pins and failed the rep dammit…
live to fight another day
