Went to the gym at 1am and was too bored… I’m peaking for the upcoming friendly meet that I will be participating in. Luckily after some time I felt better and squatted for a new (i think) 3×3 rm. So I’m pretty pleased with that. Knees hurt a lot but its nothing new.
