DB Shoulder Press

4 sets of 12 (first set with 25kgs, then reduced weight) 

DB Lateral Raise

4 sets of 12 with 12.5kg

Barbell Curls

4 sets of 12 with 40kg

Preacher DB Curls

4 sets of 10 with 12.5kg

Notes:
Went to train with a friend at his place of work. Only ate 1 meal prior to training and felt a bit light headed. I was supposed to hit 5 reps @ OHPs but I hit 4. Failed a single at 105kg as well.. Anyway, considering the circumstances and the lack of sleep I think I did relatively ok.
