Knee was painful from the warmup set! I’m taking Animal Flex which supposedly helps with joints but not in my case… If someone has minor problems it may help but for something more serious like with my case it doesn’t seem to have a positive effect.
Squats were shaky but I managed to do my 3 sets so all is good. I’m currently running a mini-peaking cycle for my upcoming ‘meet’ which basically is a forum’s powerlifting meet.
