Notes:
I’ve been down with the flu the last couple of days and that’s why I haven’t updated my log… cause basically I didn’t even go to the gym! Today I felt better so I thought that its time for the prodigal son’s return. I’ve lost a bit of weight but that’s to be expected I guess. We’ll see how it goes from now on.

And since I felt better this morning I rode my R6 and went for a ride as well… 🙂
