10kg PR after my Smolov Jr. cycle! Not bad 🙂 I might even have more but I didn’t want to be greedy, I’m more than satisfied with 10kg. Form was ok apart from the leg drive which was almost non-existent. I ate like a monster yesterday and today in order to be in the best form possible. Elbows were fine, they didn’t bother me at all.
Looking forward to the squat day now…
