DB Curl

3 sets of 20 with 10kg – 30sec rest between sets
4 sets of 10 with 10kg – 30sec rest between sets

Overhead DB Extension

4 sets of 20 with 10kg – 30sec rest between sets

Push Ups

BW x 10

DB Rear Lat Raise

2 sets of 10 with 5kg

Left Trapezius Stretching
Right Trapezius Strengthening – DB Shrugs 3 sets of 15 with 10kg

Notes:
Today was the upper light/bodybuilding workout. Prior to performing these workouts I looked at the weights involved and I thought to myself that they were puny. Well, let me tell you this is not the case. The number of repetitions combined with the small resting period kicks you in the ass and reminds you that you are still weak.

The good thing with these workouts is that they can be done at home as well (like I did today because of my fucked up schedule). In the morning I went to the university to take an exam with 3 hours of sleep. The weather was very hot and I was drenched in sweat so after finishing with the exam I thought to myself: “why not go to the sea nearby and chillax for a bit?” So I rode my r6 and went to a beach 25 minutes away from the uni.
