Tough workout but I managed to complete it successfully! I was supposed to do it yesterday but I woke up late and the gym was closing early. Luckily I have a friend nearby that has an awesome home gym and I did my workout there. Lots of food and sleep because there is no other way to complete successfully the double Smolov Jr. that I’m doing.
