Notes:
Bench was easy, squats were more difficult so I belted up. Instant improvement. Seems like I got a weak core. I guess its normal since I had my abs cut on the right side during surgery because of internal bleeding a couple of years ago (traffic accident). Nothing an Inzer belt cant fix lol.
