Notes:Bench was easy, squats were hard! I had to rush my last sets because the gym was closing and I felt completely exhausted afterwards. It took me 10 minutes to feel normal again.
I also received my EFS Knee Wraps! I have never tried squatting with wraps, i’m looking forward to it.
Also I’m thinking of incorporating some mobility drills because recently I’ve become even more stiffer. I’ll follow the updated agile 8 which is now called Limber 11.
