Notes:
Everything is going according to the plan, apart from the diet – I eat more than I should and have gained a little bit of fat but currently I just don’t care. Its full strength mode on. After the squats low back was completely fried. I had to rush the last sets because the gym was closing. I might go tomorrow as well do a couple of light accessory exercises because I haven’t done any since starting Smolov Jr. We’ll see.
