Bench was easy, squats were difficult. Something bothers me in my right leg, like a muscle that hasn’t recovered fully yet, I hope its nothing serious and I don’t tear something lol… Meanwhile at the 7th squat set a random guy that I’ve never seen again in the gym came rushing to help me. What the fuck? I yelled at him while coming up from the hole “leave dammit”. He got the point. But seriously wtf? If i want a spot, I’ll ask for it. Anyway…
My knees were bothering me constantly but well, what can you do. Luckily tomorrow starts the last week of Smolov Jr. so I’ll just hang in there and hope for the best.
I went to the gym on Saturday as well for some light accessory stuff since I was feeling pretty worn out and thought it would be best to leave the 10×3 day for today.
Lots of people at the gym today, seems like everyone’s vacations are over… road traffic is almost back to normal as well, meh.
