Squats felt good! It seems that the reduction of volume helped with the knees 🙂 And that’s why I added some front squats at which I really suck lol… but truth be told, I think that if I improve on them then my back squat will improve as well. I’ll give it a shot, I’ve got nothing to lose.
After my heavy squat set a guy that I know came and talked to me and I was trying to catch my breath… and he was like ‘dude, what’s wrong with you, why don’t you talk?’ WTF. I don’t go to the gym to take it easy and chit chat all the time…
