Notes:
Last heavy bench day before the meet. Bench Pressing was a bit harder than usual because I didn’t eat junk food the last couple of days and my weight went down a bit! It’s impossible to maintain my current bodyweight by eating 100% clean all the time so I have to eat some junk as well… After the meet I plan on leaning out a bit ’cause I don’t like having a bloated face all the time. No lift-offs whatsoever.
I was doing the singles with 160 and a guy came behind the bench to help if something went wrong. I paused the rep, told him ‘i dont need help’ and then finished the rep like a boss. After that he copied my bench setup and performed the rest of his sets with my style lol.
