Notes:
Solid workout! Went to the gym relatively early so it wasn’t packed as usual. I even did 25′ of elliptical.

Regarding my training I think I’ll stick to the 5/3/1 protocol, since it has worked so well for me in the past, with modified assistance exercises so I can increase the overall volume of the program to suit my needs. Lets do this!
