Squats felt heavy today and low back wasn’t fully recovered so I thought that its time to deload and took it relatively easy after the 3 heavy meh reps @ squats. Truth be told I haven’t deloaded for quite a while and it seems to be catching up to me. The good news is that I found how to grip the bar at squats without further aggravating my shoulder.
Andrey is currently preparing for GPA World’s in FInland. Here he is about 8 weeks out, squatting an incredibly easy 837.7 Lb! Wayne Howlett apologizes for the video cutting out at the end, but states Andrey did finish the second rep successfully.
