Good workout. It seems that my squat increases if I have a volume day and a heavy day, so I’ll just do that. Knees are better. Seems like the reduced volume helps somewhat. My right hip flexor hurts a bit when I stretch it so I’ll have to focus a bit on my mobility since I have neglected it for quite a bit.
