Notes:
Today the weather was very hot (around 36 degrees celsius) and I was thinking of going to the beach but I didn’t because it was my 5/3/1 day! Even though I took longer breaks than I should performance wise I did ok so I’m pretty happy with that. I’ll probably go to the beach tomorrow and relax… Meanwhile yesterday and today my appetite has gone down dramatically – reason unknown. Maybe it has to do with the heat – or I’ve just eaten too much the last couple of days – who knows.
