Very good session! Peaking cycle is going according to the plan. 227.5 must be a new 3RM. The only negative is that my knee hurts more than usual and I don’t see it getting any better. Animal Flex didn’t do shit.
My only concern now is the next deadlift session in which I’m supposed to hit 282.5. Must eat moaaaaaaaaaar food to recover faster and demolish it!
