Notes:
5 hours of sleep. Still managed to hit the prescribed reps/kg so I’m satisfied. Weights felt a little bit heavy but the explosiveness/power was there.
Went to the super market after the gym to restock:
60 eggs, chicken breast and some gums. Not too shabby.
And even though it wasnt deadlift day here’s an amazing video of Brian Shaw at the 2014 Arnold Classic where he tied the World Record DeadLift set by Mark Felix last year at 1128 Pounds.
