Solid workout! 25th of March is a national holiday here in Greece, so no work today. I went to the gym at 5pm and had a good training session. I get frustrated when I think how my squats have suffered because of my knee… and my bench press is steady… but what can you do? Gotta play with the cards you’re dealt.
