Notes:
Woke up at 7am or something, couldnt sleep at all even though I slept relatively late last night. So I ate my breakfast and went to the gym afterwards. I dont like training early but anyway… Training was ok nothing special had to rush  things a bit since I had  to get to work afterwards. We’ll see how it goes from now on.
