Notes:
Went to the gym at 10pm with a nagging headache. I have the air condition permanently on at home because I’m currently studying for the university exams (or at least trying to) and the switch from cold to hot weather (outside temperature hovers at around 30 degrees celsius during the day) took its toll on me. I felt weak with flu like symptoms and did only the necessary stuff. Autoregulation for the win! Unfortunately my right knee bothered me a bit during squats. I’ll increase my fish oil intake (they seem to help) and I’ll see how things go down the road.

Instead of going to the sea I have to study
I’ll probably go tomorrow to the gym as well to do some accessory stuff and some cardio since I wasn’t feeling good today. Post workout meal: chicken breast, sweet potatoes and broccoli.
