Solid workout. Tomorrow’s gonna be difficult because the gym is closing very early and I’m not accustomed to training early nowadays… My sleep’s schedule is a bit fucked up as well so we’ll see how tomorrow goes… By benching first the elbow didn’t bother me, but my left shoulder bothered me during squats lol. Belted up after 4 sets because low back was fried and I gotta squat tomorrow as well.
tl;dr: Tomorrow judges the success of my Smolov Jr. cycle.

Meanwhile new videos and information have been popping up after the CAPO meet. It seems that Kirill Sarychev was stabbed a few weeks prior to the event, suffered an infection, lost 30kgs and still benched 600lbs because as he said “I cannot disrespect them and quit” (referring to his fellow lifters). My uttermost respect to the guy. After his opener he was bleeding through his shirt as well but he kept going. And then you have people in the gym bitching about how their knees, back hurts how they are not feeling very well etc…
