Notes:
Bench felt pretty good. Knee and muscle pain were present during squats. I don’t know how to describe it exactly, its not doms, its like the muscle is being stretched more than it should and hurts momentarily. I might take an extra rest day for the squats because I don’t want to end up injured. Some reps were high because of the discomfort. If the pain persist I might use my knee wraps. We’ll see.

Smolov Jr for bench is like child’s play compared to Smolov Jr for squats. I cant even imagine what the full Smolov program would feel like. Luckily for me its the last week…
