Its been a while since I last squatted considering that I was used to squatting 4 times a week because of Smolov Jr. Knee pain is still there but slightly better.
I had a guy ask me “Don’t your knees hurt with all that weight?” I lol’d and showed him the scar in my right knee. He then told me “Damn, are you allowed to squat that much?” and I proceeded to tell him that my doctor told me not to do anything for the legs apart from light leg extensions. Basically he told me not to use even the stairs and to prefer the elevator. But I don’t want to live my life that way without doing the things that I love. If that was the case I wouldn’t be riding a motorcycle and I wouldn’t be doing leg exercises… No half measures for me.
I’ve been watching the latest Breaking Bad season but truth be told I expected more. I want to punch some characters in the face, fuckin’ idiots.
