Notes:
Bench was easy as usual, most of the reps were paused as well. Left shoulder felt kind of funny. The imbalance of my shoulders seems to be getting better, I notice it mostly during behind-the-neck presses. When I first started doing the exercise one shoulder was noticeable higher than the other but now they are almost at the same height so I’m pretty happy about that.
