6 sets of 3 x 202.5 (90 sec rest between sets)

3 circuits (rest 90sec between exercises, 2-3 minutes between circuits):

Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps @ 120kg
Bent over row: 8 reps @ 100kg
Chinups: 8 reps @ BW+10kg
Arched back good morning: 8 reps @ 100kg

Notes:
Tore a callus once again. Deadlifts were ok, neither hard nor easy. I’m looking forward to the next week which is gonna be hard! Upped the weight a bit on the accessory exercises, everything was fine.
