Well, yesterday was epic meal time. I was out and ate quite a bit of junk food such as frozen yogurt (which is marketed as healthy but in reality it resembles an ice cream more or less) and lots of pizza! So I put those extra calories to good use today: 210 x 5 squats! That must be a new rep max. I’m quite happy with that. I have it on vid but the camera angle sucks and depth cant be judged properly… Anyway…
My walkouts still suck but it seems like they have improved a bit…
