Notes:Slept for many hours and woke up feeling groggy. All I wanted to do was relax and eat but in the end I went to the gym half-asleep and completed the last day of Smolov Jr. for bench.
It would be impossible to finish with the squats as well because my knees are pretty messed up at the moment. They hurt even at the bench press when using leg drive. So I’ll leave the last day of Smolov Jr. for squats for tomorrow and hope for the best.
Compared to the last time I run Smolov Jr. for bench I completed the reps more easily but the weights still feel relatively heavy… I hope this week’s food and rest will do their magic and I’ll be able to smash my previous PR!
