Notes:
Bench was fine, squats so and so. Joints hurt, especially the knees. Only 2 Smolov Jr. workouts left.

Also my hard drive got toasted and I lost all my stuff (luckily I had backed up the most important stuff) and had to buy a new hard disk and install Windows and all the programs from scratch.
